Thursday 7:30 pm (PST) on Zoom for “Not Only Amarone!” Join Vancouver's top wine educator, Mark Shipway and me, to learn about and enjoy red wines of Northeast Italy. Each session lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
Outline
In this online zoom session, Mark leads us through a comprehensive educational presentation about Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone and beyond. Discover northeastern Italy and hear the ‘what and why’ of style, quality, taste and above all, price. The presentation is followed by an interactive tasting component where we discuss the wine in our glass.
