Thursday 7:30 pm (PST) on Zoom for “Southern Italian Reds!” Join Vancouver's top wine educator, Mark Shipway and me, to learn about and enjoy red wines of Southern Italy. Each session lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
Outline
Mark leads us through a comprehensive educational presentation about Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Campania. Discover the ‘what and why’ of style, quality, taste and above all, price. The presentation is followed by an interactive tasting component where we discuss the wine in our glass.
