Rising Reds of Southern France

"Rising Reds of Southern France" is an online wine class comprised of a comprehensive educational presentation followed by an interactive tasting component focusing on the key grapes and wine appellations of the south. Regions discussed include: Languedoc; Cotes de Roussillon; Minervois; Corbieres, Costiers de Nimes, and Bandol. Many classic and well known red grape varieties are grown here including: Grenache; Syrah; Carignan; Cinsault; Mourvedre; Cabernet Sauvignon; and Merlot.
Thursday evening sessions start at 7:30 pm on Zoom lasting approximately 2 hours.
