April kicks off with Tannat and May with Sauvignon Blanc. June rallies around Verdejo and July, Cava. Good Wine Will Never Go Out Of FashionMy journey to wine began with a WSET course in 2012 and led to finishing the WSET diploma in 2017. My decision to study led to meeting fantastic people and enjoying wonderful sips, and visiting beautiful wine regions in Canada, the US and Europe. It took both financial and intellectual resources which I was lucky to have had and gave me the opportunities to explore what it means to be a wine lover. Given the conversation about "dry" and "sober", this post may be unpopular as it supports the consumption of wine. The prohibitionist chatter and anti-alcohol lobby are generalists who see alcohol as bad. And while I respect their mission, I am wholeheartedly invested in the art and science of growing grapes, making wine and sitting around a table of delicious food, celebrating with friends and family. That will never change. Good Wine & How To Find It - ebook. My mantra is "Life is short. Drink "good wine". I think "good wine" is a wine of a distinct place and of high quality. Good Wine can age and goes well with food and occasion. If you want to know more about good wine, check out my e-book "Good Wine & How To Find It". At the very least, I encourage you to download the 2024 World Wine Days Calendar and join the wine conversation on line and in person, that focuses on good food, good people and good wine. Thanks for reading. See you at VIWF2024.
