Here is a fantastic opportunity to learn about and discover “good wine” with Good Wine Gal. This is a great place to start or continue your wine education. Whether you desire to enjoy better wine and food pairings or to start a wine cellar, you will find a great deal of valuable information to support your ambition. Learning about grapes and their character includes topics like history, geography, climate and terroir from continental Europe to the Americas, Australia and South Africa. This series provides wine lovers with a solid wine foundation and good introduction for all future Good Wine Gal sessions. Each Good Wine Gal online wine class is 1.5 hours long and comprised of a dynamic slide presentation followed by a live tasting component with Vancouver’s top wine educator Mark Shipway and yours truly, Barb Wild. To attend these sessions you will need a Wi-Fi connection, the Zoom app, a Zoom link (which we send you) and a bottle of wine (from a recommended list).
