“International Grapes & Wine with Mark Shipway” continues Thursday July 30th at 7:30 pm on Zoom. Mark will introduce wine lovers to the most widely planted international grape varieties that are successfully grown in many regions around the world. Let's talk and taste one of the most widely planted white varieties, Sauvignon Blanc.
Mark will share key insights on Sauvignon Blanc grown successfully in continental Europe, the Americas, Australia or South Africa. Discover the unique characteristics of the vines, leaves, grape bunches of the classic grape varieties and the tasting notes that differentiate Bordeaux to Loire Valley, New Zealand to South Africa. We’ll also discover some great value for your pocket book and your cellar.
Thursday evening sessions on Zoom at 7:30 pm. Each session has a learning and interactive tasting component lasting 1.5 - 2 hours in length.
