Bring a Bottle
We recommend bottles from the BC Liquor Store website. Pick up a bottle to open at the session and share your thoughts on the region, producer and wine style.

Classic dishes to go with Syrah

If no other big idea, I highly recommend splurging on a "rack of lamb" prepared with a salty rosemary rub along with whipped potatoes and steam garden veggies. Mint sauce (not jelly) is perfect if you don't have time for a red wine sauce.
