Session
Thursday 7:30 pm (PST) on Zoom for “Under the Tuscan Sun!” Vancouver's top wine educator, Mark Shipway and me, to learn about and enjoy red wines of Central Italy. Each session lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
Outline
Mark leads us through a comprehensive educational presentation about Chianti Classico, Brunello di Montalcino, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, and beyond. Discover central Italy and discover the ‘what and why’ of style, quality, taste and above all, price. The presentation is followed by an interactive tasting component where we discuss the wine in our glass.
