Which wines pair well with BC's Bounty?

Our second session with Vancouver Magazine's 2020 Sommelier of the Year, Robert Stelmachuck is happening on Zoom May 19th at 7:30 pm. It's promising to be a tasty night of eye opening wine and food pairings garnished with excitement, stories and laughs.
If you missed DimSomm, we are sorry. You missed some great wine chatter and sips, a couple moments of hysterical laughter and some awesome inspiration connected to sticky rice, scallop scallion dumplings, har gow, sui mai and chicken feet.

It was pure pleasure as I also opened a bottle of South African Natte Velleji 2018 Cinsault.  Mind expanding fantastic wine! How the heck are you doing? .I hope all is well and life is great.
I am already into my third week of retirement and loving it.
